Delivery Information:
All deliveries are sent via Australia Post's Receipted Delivery service. If
you are not home to receive your delivery, Australia Post will card your mailbox,
you'll then be able to collect your delivery from your nearest Australia Post
outlet. Alternatively, you can have your order delivered to your work address
if you're not home during business hours, ie: Jane Smith, ABC Printing, Level
23, 400 George St, Sydney, NSW, 2000. For work addresses, always include company
name, level and/or suite number.
Tracking Your Delivery:
Just log into your account on this website where you can view your Australia
Post tracking number, which is available once your order has been dispatched
by us. You can track your parcel at http://auspost.com.au/track/ or call Australia
Post on 13 13 18 and quote them your delivery tracking number. Please note,
Australia Post tracking is not live, your parcel may only be scanned at certain
locations along your parcels delivery route.
How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?:
Please allow up to 10 days to receive your order, although delivery times are
usually quicker. To help keep our prices ultra low, some products you order
may not be held in stock by us, and must come direct to us from our distributors
when you place your order.
Where Do We Deliver To?:
Delivery is available within Australia only, to any residential and business
address, as well as PO Boxes, and C/O your local post office if you have organised
this.
If you are located outside Australia, you can still purchase from our website
if you would like the order sent to someone within Australia. Just pay for your
order by Visa card, Mastercard or PayPal and simply supply us an Australian
delivery address during the checkout procedure.
Discreet, Anonymous Packaging:
Our delivery methods are very discreet. All deliveries include secure plain
outer packaging, with no mention of Kinky Shop or the nature of the items inside.
Only "you" will ever know what is inside.
Delivery Charges:
We offer free Australia wide delivery with orders of $100.00 or more! $9.50
flat rate Australia wide delivery for orders of $99.99 or less.

Product Warranty And Returns Information:
We offer a 30 day replacement / refund warranty on faulty or defective products
from the day of receipt of your order. Items damaged through misuse are not
covered by our warranty. Customers must notify us of a defective or faulty item
within 30 days of the receipt date of their order. One of our staff will guide
you through the steps needed for returning your product via email, and gladly
resolve any problems. We will also cover your return postage costs back to us!
If your item becomes defective after the initial 30 days, you must contact the
manufacturer directly.
If you have ordered the wrong item or you change your mind, contact us "immediately" so that we can amend your order before it is shipped. If you have already received your order and you change your mind, we also provide a generous 30 day from date of receipt 100% refund on any products ordered. (Provided that the product/s have not been used, have not been opened, and are in original as new packaging). Return delivery to us is at the buyers cost. Trackable return delivery is recommended, as we are not liable for returned items lost in transit.
