Delivery Information:
Kinky Shop is pleased to announce that all deliveries are trackable, and sent via Australia Post's Parcel Post Network. Depending on the physical size of an order, orders may be sent using Express Parcel Post, Receipted Delivery Parcel Post, or Registered Parcel Post.
All orders are processed each business day upon clearance of payment. Delivery transit time is usually 2 - 7 business days via Australia Post, and will be dependant on your delivery location within Australia from Sydney.
Delivery is available Australia wide to any residential and business address, as well as PO Boxes, and C/O your local post office.
We do not deliver to overseas addresses at this stage.
If you are located outside Australia, you can still purchase from our website if you would like the order sent to someone within Australia. Just pay for your order by Visa card, Mastercard or PayPal and simply supply us an Australian delivery address during the checkout procedure.
Discretion:
Our delivery methods are very discreet. All deliveries include secure plain outer packaging, with no mention of Kinky Shop or the nature of the items inside. Only "you" will ever know what is inside.
Delivery Charges:
Free Australia wide delivery with orders of $100 or more! $9.50 flat rate Australia wide delivery for orders under $100.

Product Returns Information
We offer a 14 day replacement or refund warranty on faulty or defective products only. Customers must notify us of a suspected defective or faulty item within 14 days of the purchase shipping date. One of our staff will guide you through the steps needed for returning your product, and gladly resolve any problems.
